Aug- Nov 2013: Samvada conducted a series of workshops on Diversity In The Workplace at various Greenpeace office's in Delhi, Mumabi and Bangalore. These were lively discussions where campaigners, fundraisers, researchers and organisation support staff were helped to understand diversity as a concept and as a value in their professional space.

Set up creches in 2 factories
Factory workers children are one of the most vulnerable groups in society as they are deprived of attention, nutrition and safety.
Samvada has been part of a child rights campaign for childcare facilities in factories where women are the majority of the workforce. To help factories reduce attrition/absenteeism and comply with legal and social obligations, Samvada has set up 2 creches for:
a) Naseer Bali Glass Factory, Ambur in 2012
b) Celebrity Fashions Ltd, Chennai in 2013
Film production - Mahila Samakhya
Women's leadership workshop - Central Tibetan Authority
Samvada has produced, directed and edited two 30 minute films Mahila Samakhya; a state sponsored program for women education and equality. The films document the achievemtns of 'Women's Federations' promoted by Mahila Samakhya and the 'Gender sensitization programs for men'.

August 2013: Samvada was invited by the Central Tibetan Authority to conduct a workshop on 'women's leadership' for women from various Tibetan settlements.
Through simulations, role plays, acitivities, discussions women were helped to discover and develop their leadership potential.
