Objective:

To provide livelihood opportunity for young women from disadvantaged communities by building their skills and perspectives to access employment as Child Care Professionals in the expanding Child Care Market.

To position Child Care services as the right of working women, and a fundamental right of all children irrespective of class and creed.

Early Childhood Care and Education
Samvada’s involvement with a campaign to establish quality crèches inside garment factories led us on a multifaceted journey. Our collaborations with ECCE training centres and dialogues with garment brands, state agencies, factories & trade unions finally convinced us of the need to promote childcare as a meaningful profession for young people!
